Dr. Su’s Team Website Has Been Redesigned! A Guide to the New Site: Find What You Need in Three Steps

The website update is complete! The focus of this update is simple: to make it easier for you to find the information you need, and to make the text easier to read. Below is a plain explanation of how to use the new website.

What has been updated?

  • A cleaner layout: larger text and more white space for easier reading.
  • Text that can be enlarged: there is a “Larger text” button at the top right; one tap makes the text bigger.
  • Articles in 8 topics: find articles by what you need, without scrolling from the beginning.
  • A redesigned mobile menu: larger buttons that are easier to tap.
  • A new English version: tap “EN” at the top right to read the English content.
  • Clinic hours and contact details: placed in the menu, so they are always easy to find.

Three steps to find the information you need

  1. Open the menu: on a computer the menu runs across the top of the page; on a phone, tap the “two lines” icon at the top center (next to the STW logo) to open it.
  2. Choose a topic: for example “Patient Education”, which has articles on access care, common questions and more.
  3. Read an article: tap it to read; to change topic, simply go back to the menu.

If you do not know where to start, begin with the “Getting Started with Dialysis” topic, which gathers what people most often need to know when they first start dialysis.

Text too small? One tap makes it larger

Every page has a “A+ Larger text” button at the top right:

  • Tap once: the text on the whole website becomes larger.
  • Tap again: it returns to the original size.

The website remembers your choice for your next visit.

How do I use the menu on my phone?

  1. Tap the “two lines” icon at the top center (next to the STW logo) to open the menu.
  2. For items with a small arrow on the right, tap the row to open what is inside.
  3. The first item after opening is “View all”; tap it to go to the main page of that topic.
  4. To close the menu, tap the “×” at the top right.

Want the English version? Tap EN at the top right

At the top right there are two buttons, “中文” and “EN”. Tap “EN” to read the English version of the website; to return to Chinese, tap “中文”. A few older pages are available in Chinese only; in that case the “EN” button takes you to the English home page.

Where are the clinic hours and contact details?

  • Clinic hours: under “Clinic Hours” in the menu, updated every month with the current month’s information.
  • Contact: under “Contact” in the menu you can find the official LINE group, the hotline and email, and you can also leave a message for the team.

Dialysis access care hotline: 03-2713100 ext. 2; mobile hotline: 0910-830-760.

Frequently Asked Questions

A: Use the site search (the magnifying glass at the top right) to type a keyword, or ask the team directly through “Contact”.
